Here’s 4 simple, yet life-changing hacks that you can do every night to change your life –

🧡 Reflect: 

Sit alone in a comfortable space and ask yourself:

1) What is the one thing that happened today that I’m grateful for?

2) What actions did I take today that moved me closer to my goals?

3) Is there anything I could have done differently?

4) What did I do to take care of myself today?

5) How did I feel emotionally today? and why?

💚 Disconnect: 

Can you ever park a car thats moving at a speed of 100 km/h. No, right? Then why do we keep our minds running till the last second before we sleep? Hammering our brains by watching videos, playing games, texting, are over-stimulating our brains and come in the way of helpful rest. Toss your phone away, get off Netflix and let yourself slow down.

💜 Plan:

A productive day essentially begins the night before! Simply writing down your top 3 goals and tasks for the next day can create a massive difference.

If you’re prepared –

9 am to 12 pm : Doing the task

If you’re unprepared –

9 am to 11 am: Figuring out what to do

11 am to 2 pm: Doing the task

💚 Breathe: 

We take 22,000 breathes in a day; might as well make a few of them count! Try the box breathing – Inhale for 4 seconds through the nose, hold it for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds through the mouth, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat at least 5 times to go to bed stress-free and truly rest.
